Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
- At least 2+ years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in market research, competitive analysis, buyer persona development, and segmentation methodologies.
- Ability to craft compelling positioning and messaging that resonates across multiple audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution excellence.
- Experience driving sales enablement and measuring impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to executives and at conferences.
- Experience with SaaS pricing strategy, packaging, or go-to-market launches.
- Experience using AI tools and technologies effectively in marketing strategy and content development.
- Ability to travel for conferences and events approximately 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the overall product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging architecture, and go-to-market plans across all platform modules and buyer segments.
- Oversee market and competitive research initiatives to inform segmentation, persona development, pricing strategy, and long-term product roadmap alignment.
- Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership on strategy, messaging, and priorities.
- Establish and oversee key performance indicators across product marketing activities, including pipeline influence, win rates, and competitive win/loss analysis.
- Develop comprehensive customer advocacy programs, including advisory boards, case studies, and customer reference networks.
- Lead the creation of high-impact customer and prospect-facing assets, including competitive battlecards and sales enablement materials.
- Own sales enablement strategy and execution to ensure sales teams effectively communicate value.
- Represent Coursedog as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and analyst briefings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry analysts, press, and key opinion leaders.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance product marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
