Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or creative leadership.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Expertise in technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals).
- Understanding of AI-driven and generative search trends.
- Deep knowledge of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and buyer journeys.
- Proficiency with content and design tools such as Figma, WordPress, and various CMS platforms.
- Experience with SEO, AEO, web analytics, and content platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, AirOps).
- Strong project management skills with a bias toward hands-on execution and experimentation.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own brand positioning, narrative, and visual/verbal identity systems across all customer touchpoints.
- Define, track, and report on brand awareness metrics, including sentiment, share of voice, and pipeline impact.
- Manage the website as a key growth engine, including site architecture, technical SEO, and A/B testing.
- Lead initiatives for AI-driven visibility, generative search, and answer engine optimization.
- Execute content strategy for blog, social, video, and landing pages to support the full buyer's journey.
- Lead creative ideation for multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing team while implementing efficient operational systems and SLAs.
- Collaborate with Product, Revenue, and Customer Marketing teams to align messaging and storytelling.
