Job Details

Completed ICF-recognized coach training program.
Working towards an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation.
Experience coaching a diverse range of clients and maintaining confidentiality.
Proven experience building and delivering leadership development programs.
Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for remote and in-person sessions.
Experience working with a Learning Management System (e.g., Sana).
Fluent with AI tools for content design and research.
Ability to work with data to measure and assess program efficacy.
Direct communication style comfortable with extreme honesty.
Ability to work autonomously from a problem-first mindset.

Provide 1:1 performance coaching to 10-20 employees ranging from entry-level to management.
Coach on topics including leadership skills, career pathing, feedback, self-awareness, and energy management.
Deliver team coaching workshops for standing and cross-functional project teams.
Design and facilitate leadership development programs, including Leadership Labs Foundations and Advanced.
Support employee onboarding and build ad-hoc learning programs based on business needs.
Use AI for content design, research, and analysis while driving AI fluency across the organization.
Measure and report on the impact of learning and development programs.
