- Strong understanding of AI tools, including AI assistants and agents, and how to integrate them across business functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to analyze business challenges, recommend AI-driven solutions, and track measurable metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to support teams with varied levels of AI and data expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging demonstrations to showcase Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini capabilities, tailored to different business outcomes and functions.
- Provide hands-on coaching and training sessions to help employees integrate Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini into their daily workflows.
- Share best practices and use advanced case examples to facilitate Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini adoption.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini usage to ensure it meets business needs and drives efficiency.
- Partner with teams to identify business challenges and develop AI-enabled workflows and build assistants or agents.
- Support hands-on build sessions: mapping workflows, configuring AI assistants and agents, connecting them to approved data and documents, and applying responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific business requirements and customize Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini applications accordingly.
- Support learners during live, instructor-led virtual sessions, providing real-time, hands-on help as participants apply AI tools to their own work.
