Requirements

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or comparable strategic HR role.
  • Strong experience developing and executing HR initiatives designed to improve organizational performance.
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and experience managing complex issues.
  • Strong coaching and consulting capabilities for managers and senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to build credibility, influence decisions, and establish trusted relationships.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to use people data and organizational insights to inform decisions.
  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, and evolving organizational environments.
  • Strong change management and organizational agility skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with VP-level leaders within the Revenue organization to execute HR strategies that support key business objectives.
  • Advise leaders on people-related matters and collaborate with HR subject-matter experts.
  • Develop and deliver initiatives addressing employee retention, engagement, change management, and leadership development.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters.
  • Coach managers and employees on HR policies and effective people management.
  • Lead programs designed to strengthen employee engagement, well-being, and overall experience.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze people data to identify trends and generate insights.
