Job Details

Full professional proficiency in English
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP and organizational consulting experience
Experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth or fast-changing organizations
Strong organizational consulting, coaching, change-management, and employee-relations judgment
Business acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
Proven ability to turn complex people, business, and operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and decisions
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence through credibility, insight, and practical recommendations
Demonstrated fluency with AI: uses it daily and responsibly to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, design workflows, and improve decision support

Partner with senior leaders across assigned departments as their strategic HRBP advisor
Guide decisions on organizational effectiveness, team design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and scale
Diagnose systemic issues affecting performance, engagement, delivery, and business growth
Gather, analyze, and synthesize people, business, and operational data to surface patterns, generate insights, and influence decisions
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, calibration, succession, and strategic talent discussions
Design AI-enabled HRBP workflows that reduce low-value manual work and improve decision support
Mentor HRBPs and contribute to standards, frameworks, and operating rhythms that strengthen the function
