Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience delivering People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or generalist HR support.
- Experience within a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or financial services organization is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust, influence managers, and advise senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate findings into action plans.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on People Business Partner to managers and leaders.
- Lead and support performance management activities, including performance conversations, improvement plans, performance calibration, and promotion readiness reviews.
- Own employee relations casework, supporting conflict resolution and investigations.
- Analyze engagement survey results, exit interview feedback, and attrition trends to identify themes and translate insights into action.
- Strengthen onboarding, feedback, career development, and talent management practices.
- Support organizational changes, including reorganizations and headcount adjustments.
- Partner with Talent, People Operations, and Compensation teams to deliver resources and expertise.
- Contribute to broader organizational effectiveness efforts.
