Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience delivering People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or generalist HR support.
  • Experience within a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or financial services organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust, influence managers, and advise senior leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate findings into action plans.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on People Business Partner to managers and leaders.
  • Lead and support performance management activities, including performance conversations, improvement plans, performance calibration, and promotion readiness reviews.
  • Own employee relations casework, supporting conflict resolution and investigations.
  • Analyze engagement survey results, exit interview feedback, and attrition trends to identify themes and translate insights into action.
  • Strengthen onboarding, feedback, career development, and talent management practices.
  • Support organizational changes, including reorganizations and headcount adjustments.
  • Partner with Talent, People Operations, and Compensation teams to deliver resources and expertise.
  • Contribute to broader organizational effectiveness efforts.
