Requirements
- Broad, hands-on HR experience gained in a fast-moving organization, with experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable role.
- Demonstrated experience leading performance calibration, promotion, merit, or similar annual people processes.
- Proven ability to advise and coach leaders through executive level, including handling sensitive, complex, and high-stakes conversations.
- Strong employee relations expertise, with the ability to balance employee experience, organizational needs, policy considerations, and sound business judgment.
- Demonstrated success owning ambiguous people challenges or strategic initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Experience designing, improving, or scaling HR processes and frameworks rather than relying solely on established procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to distinguish root causes and use data and judgment to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to challenge assumptions constructively, influence senior leaders without relying on authority, and build trust quickly across diverse teams.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment, learn, and identify practical applications for HR work.
- Strong ownership, adaptability, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for a portfolio of corporate functions, advising Directors, VPs, and executive leaders on performance, employee relations, compensation, career development, and workforce planning.
- Lead annual performance review, calibration, promotion, and merit processes for assigned organizations.
- Coach and develop managers to build high-performing, accountable, and inclusive teams.
- Advise leaders and employees on complex employee relations matters, balancing employee needs, organizational principles, and business priorities.
- Partner with business leaders on strategic people initiatives by identifying underlying challenges, aligning stakeholders, developing solutions, and driving execution.
- Design and improve HR processes, frameworks, and practices that address root causes and can scale beyond individual teams or portfolios.
- Use AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to streamline HR activities such as employee relations documentation, policy development, and workforce planning.
