Requirements
- 17+ years of progressive HRBP experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong biotech or pharma business acumen.
- Proven strategic focus on aligning culture with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience building partnerships across functions and at all leadership levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including Excel proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of HR compliance, legislation, and best practices.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage implementations and timelines.
- Experience as an HRBP at a similarly sized biotech company with rapid growth and first commercialization (preferred).
- Experience in matrixed and global environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and member of leadership teams, partnering on workforce planning and organizational priorities.
- Champion effective communication, change leadership, and organizational integration to support business transformation.
- Coach leaders on change strategies that build organizational readiness and accelerate adoption.
- Conduct organizational and leadership assessments to strengthen structure, capabilities, and ways of working.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Execute recruitment strategies and build talent capability pipelines in partnership with business leaders.
- Collaborate with COEs on total rewards, HR technology, and employee engagement programs.
- Support employee relations and investigation concerns according to regional legislation.
