17+ years of progressive HRBP experience.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Strong biotech or pharma business acumen.
Proven strategic focus on aligning culture with business goals.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Experience building partnerships across functions and at all leadership levels.
Strong analytical capabilities, including Excel proficiency.
Deep knowledge of HR compliance, legislation, and best practices.
Project management skills with the ability to manage implementations and timelines.
Experience as an HRBP at a similarly sized biotech company with rapid growth and first commercialization (preferred).
Experience in matrixed and global environments (preferred).

Serve as a trusted advisor and member of leadership teams, partnering on workforce planning and organizational priorities.
Champion effective communication, change leadership, and organizational integration to support business transformation.
Coach leaders on change strategies that build organizational readiness and accelerate adoption.
Conduct organizational and leadership assessments to strengthen structure, capabilities, and ways of working.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
Execute recruitment strategies and build talent capability pipelines in partnership with business leaders.
Collaborate with COEs on total rewards, HR technology, and employee engagement programs.
Support employee relations and investigation concerns according to regional legislation.
