Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related, relevant discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies specifically within the biotechnology industry.
- Expert-level experience in developing strategic workforce plans from conception to implementation.
- Demonstrated success supporting client groups in a consultative capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational development, process management, and change management.
- Experience managing and mentoring successful HR talent.
- Strong track record in conducting effective, thorough, and objective internal investigations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate and influence.
- Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute People Strategy aligned with R&D and Regulatory functional goals.
- Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to support talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, internal communications, and talent development.
- Routinely assess organizational needs and adjust People Strategy to align with business evolution.
- Provide strategic coaching and advice to senior leadership on organization design, development, and change management.
- Lead corporate-wide initiatives that enhance employee experience and support company growth.
