Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into actionable strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people metrics to design talent strategies.
- Strong ability to coach, partner with, and influence senior leadership stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people strategy with business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees by applying HR processes and providing coaching.
- Develop leadership capability and offer support through all phases of the employee lifecycle.
- Lead performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance management initiatives.
- Support organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations in a scaling organization.
- Collaborate with the broader People team and internal stakeholders to drive career development and talent strategies.
