Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years’ experience.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or comparable strategic consulting role.
- Experience supporting nonexempt, multi-state, and remote workforces.
- Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour compliance, leave laws, and harassment prevention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and provide sound recommendations.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools for virtual teams like Microsoft Teams and Slack.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, which may include occasional overnight travel.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
- Experience with HR systems such as Dayforce and SuccessFactors is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, directors, and managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
- Manage employee relations matters of moderate to high complexity, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Leverage workforce analytics and engagement data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and influence talent decisions.
- Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, talent gaps, succession opportunities, and retention risks.
- Facilitate live and virtual workshops, training sessions, and talent discussions to drive business alignment.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee adoption.
- Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions for compensation, talent acquisition, and development.
