Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years’ experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or comparable strategic consulting role.
  • Experience supporting nonexempt, multi-state, and remote workforces.
  • Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour compliance, leave laws, and harassment prevention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and provide sound recommendations.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools for virtual teams like Microsoft Teams and Slack.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, which may include occasional overnight travel.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Dayforce and SuccessFactors is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, directors, and managers on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
  • Manage employee relations matters of moderate to high complexity, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Leverage workforce analytics and engagement data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and influence talent decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, talent gaps, succession opportunities, and retention risks.
  • Facilitate live and virtual workshops, training sessions, and talent discussions to drive business alignment.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee adoption.
  • Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions for compensation, talent acquisition, and development.
