Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including experience owning B2B2C, enterprise partnership, platform, or integration products.
  • Hands-on experience designing and launching external partner integrations using models such as referral flows, embedded experiences, or APIs.
  • Experience working directly with external partner product and technical teams from discovery through implementation and launch.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs and modern integration concepts including REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data exchange.
  • Ability to participate credibly in technical solutioning conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance individual partner requirements against platform scalability.
  • Strong understanding of product roadmaps, prioritization, discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile development.
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for how 360 Legal integrates with enterprise partners, defining repeatable integration models.
  • Build and continuously improve the partnership implementation playbook to reduce time and effort for integrations.
  • Partner with Business Development to shape solutions that are commercially compelling and technically scalable.
  • Design integration models for each partner, balancing business objectives, customer experience, and technical complexity.
  • Define a portfolio of integration capabilities including referral experiences, APIs, data exchanges, and white-label experiences.
  • Drive execution and prioritization, including roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and launch readiness.
  • Measure and optimize partnership performance using data to improve adoption, conversion, and experience.
