Requirements
- 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience, including managing multidisciplinary clinical teams (ideally 250+ FTEs or 50,000+ lives).
- 5+ years of experience within digital health organizations preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of performance-management systems for clinical workforces.
- Proven experience developing workload or demand models accounting for member complexity.
- Track record of designing and governing SOPs, SLAs, and operational systems.
- Experience building scalable hiring and training infrastructure.
- Financial and operational fluency, including understanding of COGS and unit economics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multi-layer operational organizations.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Clinical literacy sufficient to oversee Care Quality and compliance; RN or clinical license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring profile, recruiting, onboarding, and training framework for multidisciplinary care teams.
- Build scalable training infrastructure for new hires to ensure competency and productivity.
- Maintain career ladders and leveling frameworks to support recruitment and retention.
- Manage performance systems including scorecards, operating cadences, audits, and coaching frameworks.
- Develop a demand-per-member model to inform staffing, capacity, and supply planning based on member acuity.
- Design and govern care-team SOPs and SLAs in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
- Report performance trends and quality indicators to senior leadership to align with organizational outcomes.
