Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or Legal/Contract Negotiations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, healthcare operations, healthcare technology, consulting, or performance-driven environments.
- At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise-level initiatives involving strategic planning, performance improvement, vendor management, or financial decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience with vendor selection, contract negotiation, relationship management, and performance oversight.
- Proven ability to evaluate financial outcomes and ROI and use data to guide strategic decisions.
- Significant leadership experience managing managers at Director level or above, or leading complex cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record of influencing executive-level stakeholders and driving change across business units.
- Deep understanding of healthcare technology, industry solutions, and automation.
- Strong strategic thinking, goal-setting, and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership messaging skills.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with revenue cycle leaders to establish clear, achievable goals aligned with organizational priorities and strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain frameworks, tools, and reporting mechanisms to track progress, performance, and strategic outcomes.
- Research emerging industry solutions, technologies, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and vet potential vendors and partners based on business needs and strategic fit.
- Lead vendor negotiations and oversee contract execution to ensure favorable terms and risk management.
- Provide enterprise oversight for approximately 125 vendor partnerships, maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor vendor performance, financial outcomes, and ROI, collaborating to address gaps and improve results.
- Lead the Vendor Partnerships & External Performance function, including team recruitment, coaching, and development.
- Influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives for measurable performance improvements.
