- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of BBYO’s Alumni Mentorship Program, including participant recruitment, onboarding, communications, stewardship, program operations, speaker coordination, evaluation, and participant experience.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with alumni mentors, speakers, and volunteers to strengthen engagement and support long-term participation.
- Coordinate an alumni micro-grant program and other community-building opportunities that connect alumni through locally-hosted experiences.
- Execute alumni engagement strategies within local communities in partnership with BBYO’s community-based staff teams, serving as the connector between alumni and staff.
- Support efforts to connect alumni to local teen experiences through mentorship, speaking opportunities, volunteer leadership, and community partnerships.
- Help develop systems and processes that make it easier for local teams to identify and engage alumni in meaningful ways.
- Partner cross-functionally to lead the coordination and stewardship of alumni engagement opportunities connected to BBYO immersive experiences, including International Convention, summer programs, and leadership retreats.
- Track engagement metrics and maintain organized systems for participant data, communications, and alumni involvement.
- Execute segmented alumni communications strategies across email, newsletter, social, and digital platforms to drive engagement and increase participation across key audience groups.
- Support the growth and visibility of the BBYO Alumni Association brand by developing compelling storytelling and outreach strategies that strengthen alumni awareness, affinity, and connection to BBYO’s mission and community.
