Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, or recruitment, ideally within the nonprofit or Jewish community sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Jewish community and familiarity with Jewish nonprofit organizations preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure success.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to take initiative and lead projects from beginning to end, including working with vendors
  • Ability to draft and deliver contracts
  • Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
  • Working with Jewish non-profits such as Hillel, Foundation for Jewish Camps, MemGlobal and others to understand information that will contribute to this project
  • Managing vendor relationships to build new programs. Contract development
  • Working collaboratively with program team leadership to gather information for system build outs
  • Organize research strategy sessions with team members to identify prospects and develop strategies for moving prospects through the pipeline
  • Provide executive level updates and presentations to each participating organization
  • Provide briefing materials about process and tools to include training sessions and rollouts
  • Working with finance team to build programmatic budgets, produce accurate and timely financial reports, and ensure proper expense tracking
