Requirements
- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in Jewish communal service, congregational engagement, or non-profit leadership.
- Demonstrated success building partnerships and managing external relationships that drive measurable growth.
- Experience working with synagogues, clergy, Jewish educators, or youth-serving organizations.
- Experience designing scalable partnership models or engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and Airtable.
- Ability to travel nationally approximately 25% of the time.
- Ability to attend major BBYO events, including staff conferences and international conventions.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for community and partner engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead BBYO's strategy for engaging congregations and Jewish communal partners to increase teen engagement and organizational growth.
- Manage and deepen key partner relationships to connect Jewish teens and families to BBYO programs and leadership experiences.
- Build scalable partnership models, toolkits, and training materials to promote participation among teens and families.
- Partner with regional Community Impact professionals to strengthen local congregational partnerships.
- Represent BBYO at national conferences, rabbinic gatherings, and communal forums to strengthen visibility.
- Track partnership activity and metrics to measure impact and inform strategic improvements.
- Explore opportunities for philanthropic support, grants, and strategic investments to strengthen partnerships.
