8+ years in retention, lifecycle, loyalty, or comparable B2C marketing roles.
Demonstrated experience operating at Senior Director, VP, or equivalent leadership level.
Quantifiable success improving LTV or retention metrics at scale.
Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Hands-on experience with engagement platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Iterable.
Strong technical skills working directly with data in Snowflake and building audiences.
Experience deploying AI in production for lifecycle flows, personalization, or creative generation.
Deep understanding of lifetime value, cohorts, retention, and funnel conversion.
Experience in B2C, multi-location, field-based, or service-oriented businesses.
Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Own long-term customer lifetime value (LTV) strategy and lifecycle/retention initiatives.
Build lead scoring and customer signals to drive action across email, SMS, and field operations.
Design and optimize email and SMS customer journeys for retention, cross-sell, and winback.
Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms, including customer data, segmentation, and audience management.
Partner with technology and data engineering to establish reliable data triggers and pipelines.
Develop automated notifications to improve service experience and scheduling communications.
Embed AI into lifecycle flows, reporting, and creative generation.
Measure and optimize lifecycle performance based on commercial outcomes rather than engagement metrics.
