Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive B2B healthcare sales experience.
- At least 5 years of focused health plan sales experience.
- Proven track record closing complex, enterprise-level digital health, behavioral health, or virtual care contracts.
- Deep familiarity with Medicaid, Commercial, and ASO self-funded plan mechanics and structures.
- Experience selling point solutions or value-based care programs through health plan ASO partnerships.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to present ROI models, total cost-of-care analyses, and actuarial summaries.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, comfortable engaging CMOs and CFOs.
- Strong technical fluency in CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the assigned region for trade shows and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute the regional commercial strategy to expand market presence across commercial health plans, Medicaid, ASO channels, and self-funded employers.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial C-suite engagement and complex value proposition discovery through contract negotiation and deal execution.
- Cultivate and expand C-suite and VP-level relationships with health plan leaders, medical directors, and network contracting officers.
- Use a consultative, value-based selling approach to translate clinical models and outcomes data into compelling ROI narratives tailored to payer P&Ls.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and provide regular forecasts and market intelligence to sales leadership.
- Partner with the Regional Medical Director to make data-informed decisions to improve regional performance and patient experience.
