Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building business systems or go-to-market platforms.
- Deep hands-on experience across lead-to-order or quote-to-cash environments.
- Advanced Salesforce development expertise (Sales Cloud required).
- Experience with Apex, Lightning components, and CPQ.
- Strong capabilities in declarative automation, Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration middleware.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, sales engagement, CLM, and ERP integration patterns.
- Track record of delivering complex solutions and resolving technical debt in production.
- Security-conscious development practices including role-based access and data segmentation.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with executives and technical teams.
- Ownership mindset and initiative to drive work forward independently.
- Interest and practical experience using AI tools in go-to-market systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of lead-to-order architecture and build solutions within architectural standards.
- Design, develop, and deploy complex applications using Salesforce declarative automation, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Lead technical debt remediation by simplifying automation and consolidating redundant platform components.
- Serve as technical lead for cross-functional initiatives, managing requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
- Build and maintain reliable integrations and APIs with strong observability and documentation.
- Apply governance and security standards including role-based access and data segmentation.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT Security to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement AI capabilities and intelligent assistants within go-to-market workflows.
- Act as a senior technical resource through hands-on troubleshooting and code/configuration reviews.
