Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building business systems or GTM platforms.
- Deep hands-on work in a lead-to-order or quote-to-cash stack.
- Expertise in Salesforce build, specifically Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on development experience with declarative automation, Apex, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Working fluency with adjacent stack tools: marketing automation, sales engagement, and CLM/e-signature.
- Proven track record of shipping complex solutions and remediating technical debt in live production.
- Experience implementing security-minded build habits (role-based access, field-level security, data segmentation).
- Ability to communicate design tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders from executives to admins.
- Strong ownership instincts and ability to work proactively.
- Practical experience or genuine interest in deploying AI tools within GTM workflows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain deep knowledge of lead-to-order architecture including data models, integration patterns, and security.
- Design and build complex applications on Salesforce using declarative automation, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Address critical technical debt by untangling automation, consolidating objects, and replacing workarounds with maintainable designs.
- Serve as technical lead for cross-functional system projects such as platform migrations and new tool rollouts.
- Build and maintain observable, tested, and documented APIs and integrations between GTM and finance systems.
- Ensure governance and security standards are met through environment strategy, release management, and logical data segmentation.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT Security to translate process requirements into working solutions.
- Develop AI capabilities within GTM workflows using agents and CRM-connected assistants.
- Act as a senior technical resource through hands-on troubleshooting and code/config reviews.
