Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise integrations, or IT platforms.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations using APIs, SFTP, middleware, or EIB-style tools.
- Experience administering enterprise SaaS or AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in business process automation and iPaaS technologies like MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and data movement between enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate functional business requirements into technical system configurations.
- Data fluency with experience validating and troubleshooting complex system data.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks such as HIPAA or HITRUST.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and develop processes with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder interaction.
- Curiosity and regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Share ownership of the enterprise integration layer across payroll, benefits, identity management, and finance systems.
- Administer and support enterprise AI platforms including configuration, provisioning, and security governance.
- Partner with teams to drive responsible AI adoption through onboarding and enablement practices.
- Translate business requirements into effective system configurations and security controls.
- Automate repetitive processes using business process logic, calculated fields, and iPaaS platforms.
- Design scalable solutions considering upstream/downstream dependencies and data flows.
- Apply AI tools to documentation, testing, and solution design activities.
- Establish performance indicators for integration uptime, data quality, and system usage.
