Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10–15+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or comparable strategic HR role.
- Strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching, and talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and balance strategic priorities with hands-on support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and metrics.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed, multi-location workforce.
- Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and employment compliance.
- Effective communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time across the regional territory.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze workforce data, metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for talent and organizational decisions.
- Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and leadership practices.
- Lead organizational design initiatives and develop change management and communication plans.
- Support core HR programs including performance management, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and talent reviews.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to maintain rigorous selection and assessment practices.
