Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy business management, group purchasing organizations, or healthcare consulting.
Strong expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, and benchmarking large datasets.
Proven ability to interpret financial/operational information and translate into actionable recommendations.
Experience presenting complex business and financial insights to pharmacy leaders and executives.
Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent engagements.
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with pharmacy purchasing, contracting, 340B, and WAC concepts.
Ability to travel regularly as required by client needs.

Develop innovative, data-driven solutions to improve pharmacy financial and operational performance.
Lead and execute project plans across multiple client engagements, managing milestones and deliverables.
Facilitate client meetings, strategic discussions, workshops, and presentations with pharmacy and executive stakeholders.
Perform advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and benchmarking to identify trends and recommendations.
Translate complex financial and operational information into clear business insights.
Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for efficiency, clinical outcomes, and cost management.
Optimize pharmacy purchasing, contracting, 340B, and WAC strategies.
Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and executive presentations to communicate performance.
