Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
- 4+ years experience in a consulting firm environment.
- 4+ years client-facing experience, including 2+ years in project leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-workstream projects for public-sector clients.
- Advanced project management skills (work planning, risk management, scope control, quality assurance).
- Exceptional facilitation, research synthesis, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to turn complex evidence and partner input into clear actionable strategy.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, public policy, public administration, organizational leadership, or related field preferred.
- People management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of state/local public health systems and municipal government preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall project strategy, planning, implementation, and coordination.
- Translate client goals into integrated work plans with clear phases and deliverables.
- Direct and coordinate the work of project team members and subject matter experts.
- Facilitate client meetings, working sessions, and strategic planning activities.
- Manage review, quality assurance, and approval processes for project deliverables.
- Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare concise executive briefings, recommendations, and progress reports.
- Integrate communications and engagement practices into client workflows and governance.
