Requirements
- 6-8 years of project management experience in specialty or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in various stages of development.
- In-depth knowledge of labor and material costs, and best practices in the retail construction industry.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 30%).
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle project management for up to 10 retail projects per year.
- Review and negotiate Landlord Work Letters and coordinate project milestones with internal leadership.
- Manage the bidding and award process for contractors and vendors.
- Lead weekly OAC calls and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Perform site visits to ensure quality and monitor construction progress.
- Oversee the review and approval of shop drawings, submittals, and payment applications.
- Collaborate with internal departments including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to support store openings.
