Requirements

  • At least 6 years of project management experience, ideally gained in professional services, consulting, technology, or a similar client-facing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering projects through to production while managing cost, schedule, scope, and quality constraints.
  • Experience working effectively across multidisciplinary teams that may include technical experts, sales professionals, subject matter experts, and other project managers.
  • Strong ability to develop, review, and manage scopes of work, project documentation, presentations, schedules, and delivery plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build productive customer relationships and navigate complex project environments.
  • Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, organizational, and project governance capabilities.
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills combined with a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivery quality.
  • Comfortable working remotely with geographically distributed teams and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple consulting projects or programs from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and customer expectations.
  • Manage consulting initiatives including data migration, software development, and software training projects.
  • Lead internal and external project team members, establishing clear objectives, responsibilities, milestones, and delivery expectations.
  • Translate project scope and strategic vision into clear, actionable goals and execution plans for project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and project control tools using appropriate project management and professional services automation systems.
  • Facilitate project review meetings and maintain effective communication across account teams, delivery teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze project plans, identify potential risks and dependencies, and develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project reporting follows established standards, processes, and governance requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders while maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support sales and business development activities by contributing to proposals, reviewing or developing scopes of work, estimating delivery requirements, and identifying necessary resources.
