Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent building enterprise software/internal tools.
- Proven track record of shipping product domain ownership.
- Experience with go-to-market or revenue systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, or quote-to-cash tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on comfort building with modern AI tools for prototyping and product development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
- Ability to build artifacts like clickable prototypes, SQL-backed dashboards, or POCs.
- Experience with production AI agents, automation platforms like Workato, or SQL is a plus.
- Track record of driving adoption of internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for seller-facing quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows across Salesforce and CPQ.
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to prioritize high-leverage product problems.
- Create clickable prototypes, data models, and dashboards to support internal tools.
- Build and ship internal tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve seller efficiency.
- Instrument adoption, track usage and business impact, and iterate on shipped internal products.
- Champion company cultural principles including customer success, growth mindset, and team collaboration.
