Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, technology delivery, or digital transformation.
- 8–12 years of experience in program and project management or delivery leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, account delivery leadership, or P&L/margin accountability.
- 5+ years of people-management experience, including coaching and developing teams.
- 2+ years of delivery leadership on enterprise AI/GenAI programs, including at least one production LLM or agentic deployment.
- Experience leading complex enterprise technology programs with distributed teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, SOW development, estimation, and solution shaping.
- Deep knowledge of portfolio, program, and project-management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Claude, RAG, and AI governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio, program, and client leadership for AI Foundry and Anthropic services.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across assigned engagements.
- Maintain active executive oversight for key programs, including risk mitigation and escalation management.
- Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting to support account growth and seamless transition from sales to delivery.
- Define and operate a best-in-class enterprise AI delivery organization.
- Manage financial performance, including revenue forecasts, utilization, and margin expectations.
- Coach and develop team members across technical, consulting, and management disciplines.
