Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, technology delivery, or enterprise platforms.
- 8–12 years of experience in program and project management or client engagement management.
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, account delivery leadership, or P&L/margin accountability.
- 5+ years of people-management experience, including coaching and developing cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of delivery leadership on enterprise AI/GenAI programs, including at least one production LLM or agentic deployment.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, Claude, RAG, agentic AI, and enterprise workflow automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise integrations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, distributed teams and executive-level stakeholder communication.
- Strong financial acumen regarding forecasting, revenue, and margin management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across the AI Foundry and Anthropic services portfolio.
- Develop trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders to drive project outcomes and account growth.
- Maintain active executive oversight for key programs, including risk mitigation, quality governance, and value-realization tracking.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for delivery, commercial, and technical issues across the portfolio.
- Partner with Sales to support bookings, shape opportunities, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
- Define and operate best-in-class delivery standards, governance frameworks, and operational models.
- Mentor and develop multifunctional teams across AI, architecture, ServiceNow, and consulting disciplines.
