Requirements
- 5+ years owning product strategy and execution for a technical product, ideally at an early-stage startup.
- Proven experience working hands-on with engineering teams to make technical tradeoff decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to reason through technical approaches based on business impact rather than technical elegance alone.
- Experience putting LLM-based systems into production, including handling evals, regressions, latency, cost, and failure-handling.
- Experience tinkering with new models upon release and evaluating architectural superiority.
- Familiarity with technical stacks including TypeScript (Nest.js, React), GraphQL, AWS, and LLM models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and execution for AI agents, including chatbot, voicebot, and computer-use agents.
- Develop backend workflow automations for document validation, record disputes, and transaction orchestration with external carrier systems.
- Evaluate and select emerging AI technologies for production deployment, balancing business impact with technical feasibility.
- Partner with OpenAI to deploy next-generation voice models and automated workflows.
- Make technical tradeoff calls and design product architecture as systems scale.
