Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong systemic and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze and describe complex business processes impacting multiple services.
- Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and transforming them into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Figma or Axure RP.
- Experience in business process modeling.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to effectively work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at various management levels.
- Fluent/Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Proactively interact with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges and solve complex tasks across multiple services.
- Analyze and collect business requirements, transforming them into technical requirements.
- Coordinate with solution consultants, UX/UI designers, product owners, technical authors, and project managers to define scope, plan, and execute projects.
- Prepare and maintain technical requirements throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Prepare and present solutions and implementation proposals to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Initiate and coordinate interactions with colleagues to improve quality and implement best practices.
