Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role working with software development teams.
- Strong experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent requirements-gathering and analytical skills.
- Strong written communication skills with experience creating detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Good technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers and manage system dependencies.
- Hands-on approach to validating functionality.
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven experience in iGaming or online casino.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the platform backlog, ensuring it is structured, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Work closely with Product Managers and domain owners across VIP, Payments, Casino, Sportsbook, and CRM to understand their needs.
- Break larger initiatives into manageable features and write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog refinement sessions to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- Maintain accurate feature documentation in Confluence.
- Provide ongoing support to the development team, answering questions and resolving blockers during the build process.
- Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA on testing scenarios.
- Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and scope changes to the Platform Lead.
