Requirements
- Ability to work independently without a main Product Owner.
- Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders and teams.
- Experience preparing status, risk, and blocker reports for senior management.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Extensive experience with SQL databases, Postman, REST, SOAP, SFTP, and ELK stack.
- Proven experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Skilled in UML, BPMN, Camunda, and business process modeling.
- Proficiency with Git, Draw.io, OpenAPI/gRPC, and microservices.
- Experience with AI-spec-driven requirement processing and specification generation.
- Readiness to work 9:00 to 18:00 CEST.
- Requirement to work using a corporate laptop.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, measurable success metrics, and business objectives.
- Translate strategy into a roadmap and prioritized backlog of epics and releases.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, track KPIs, and refine product goals.
- Partner with teams to ensure backlog readiness and clear, sized requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholder alignment and lead sprint reviews and demos.
- Oversee release planning, approve increments, and monitor post-launch adoption.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Integrate agile and Lean principles into the development process.
