Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Manager role for IT products.
- Proficiency in English (min. B2).
- Proficiency in Polish (C2).
- Strong communication skills for requirement formulation and decision justification.
- Strong ownership mindset for end-to-end product tasks and challenges.
- Experience in backlog creation, maintenance, and prioritization (including MVP).
- Ability to coordinate product implementation, including communication and training.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Experience in aviation/ATM industry (nice to have).
- Practical use of AI tools (nice to have).
- PMA or PSPO certification (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Create and execute product vision and development strategy.
- Identify user needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Prepare, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
- Define goals, scope, and acceptance criteria for new features.
- Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
- Plan and lead product work according to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of priorities.
- Analyze product usage data, user behavior, and business results.
- Verify deployment outcomes and initiate optimization activities.
- Prepare product documentation and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
