Requirements
- Senior product owner with a proven track record of owning outcomes.
- Prior experience in a technical or engineering role.
- Strong background in a SaaS startup environment, ideally early or scale-up phase.
- AI-literate with experience shaping LLM-assisted features.
- Understanding of governance, explainability, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Proven experience in agile product development.
- Strong ownership mindset and sound judgement.
- First-hand exposure to compliance or regulatory-change teams preferred.
- FinTech startup background touching regulation or compliance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product or a defined pillar end-to-end from concept to detailed implementation.
- Turn conversations and ideas into well-formed, detailed user stories and requirements.
- Validate features directly with customers such as CCOs, General Counsels, and risk teams.
- Shape regulatory obligations, applicability scoring, and review workflows.
- Balance AI automation with human validation and explainability requirements.
- Analyze product logs and usage data to drive improvements.
- Drive the product from good to great while maintaining a focus on clarity over feature bloat.
