Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services across diverse operational contexts.
- Proven experience building automation in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
- Comfortable with light scripting in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for custom agents and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle risk and data privacy obligations.
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement skills to lead initiatives from exploration to delivery.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of mobility and immigration processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Scope and deliver multi-phase initiatives across process redesign, tooling, and change management as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).
- Architect end-to-end automated workflows to identify bottlenecks and increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using native connectors or APIs across HRIS, case management, and payroll systems.
- Deploy and govern AI tools or agents for document processing, query triage, policy guidance, and data auditing.
- Develop operational data models and build HR analytics dashboards using SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Sigma.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and drive best practices in AI and automation within the department.
