Requirements
- Demonstrated experience producing construction documentation (plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules).
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant documentation software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Working knowledge of the NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and approval requirements.
- Ability to work full-time hours aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
- Methodical and detail-focused approach to identifying gaps and clashes.
- Capable computer able to run Revit smoothly.
- Private home office suitable for full-time remote work.
- Experience in childcare, medical, or veterinary projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Navisworks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, coordinated and timely construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules.
- Develop documentation from established design concepts provided by the team.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, consultant and technical information into a buildable set.
- Review drawings thoroughly to identify gaps, clashes and construction risks.
- Maintain accurate drawing revisions and project files.
- Support the Delivery team with documentation queries during the construction phase.
