Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, or landscape architecture.
- Comfortable reading site plans, specs, and property details, and translating them into scope and cost.
- Strong written and spoken English at a professional business level.
- Ability to work core U.S. business hours.
- Comfortable with a performance/quota component.
- Architecture, landscape architecture, or design education/experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with commercial landscaping or maintenance contracts is a strong plus.
- Experience with estimating software, CRM systems, or design tools such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Review site plans, specs, and photos to scope landscaping and maintenance work accurately.
- Build cost estimates covering materials, plants, labor, equipment, and timeline.
- Turn quote requests into delivered proposals within 72 hours.
- Track every estimate from request to delivery and follow-up within the CRM.
- Provide landscape and design judgment regarding plant selection and layout logic.
- Identify gaps in scopes and proactively estimate strong-fit properties.
- Coordinate with onsite sales, estimators, and field leadership to support site visits.
