Requirements
- Advanced software skills in AGI32 and Microsoft Office preferred.
- AutoCAD, SalesForce and Revit skills desirable.
- Experience with energy efficient lighting design.
- Sound knowledge and experience working with Australian Building Standards.
- Knowledge with Cin7 System or similar inventory software.
- Intermediate level MS suite proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience with the ability to undertake multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with lighting maps designs for projects.
- Maintain accurate and timely detailed records in databases in all related platforms.
- Design all new lighting projects and prepare calculations.
- Assist clients with design questions, quotations, and technical specifications.
- Produce 2D and 3D visualisations of lighting designs.
- Assist the BDM team with accurate quotations and energy saving calculation.
- Document management of concept drawings, calculation, and lighting schedules.
- Respond to all customer queries via phone calls and emails within set timeframes.
