Requirements
- 2–4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
- Daily, fluent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) as part of your actual workflow.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Experience with spreadsheet-based tracking.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High energy and professional presentation in verbal and video communication.
- High ownership and ability to work in a startup environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned client roles: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination through to placement.
- Use AI tools daily to speed up sourcing, screening, and candidate communication.
- Build and manage talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa.
- Keep the Cost & Salary Calculator and shortlist trackers accurate and up to date.
- Communicate proactively with clients and candidates on status and next steps.
- Flag process gaps or bottlenecks and propose fixes.
