Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain operations, go-to-market strategy, or related roles.
- Demonstrated track record of leading AI, analytics, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations.
- Deep expertise in at least one core area: modeling and analysis, planning and execution, or AI/machine-learning-driven use cases.
- Ability to drive technology adoption and quantify measurable customer value.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with experience developing growth narratives.
- Comfortable working hands-on with technical platforms and building prototypes.
- Experience training and enabling customers on complex or evolving technology.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic success of the largest enterprise accounts as the primary customer lead.
- Lead quarterly success reviews, governance sessions, and executive engagements.
- Embed within customer organizations to translate supply chain operational challenges into solution strategies.
- Develop solutions for scenario modeling, network analysis, and AI/ML-powered predictions.
- Partner with Sales on account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Work hands-on with the platform to build prototypes alongside customers.
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence internal Product and Engineering roadmaps.
- Train and enable customer teams on evolving technology platforms.
