Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy roles.
- Strong track record of managing practical AI/analytics roadmaps or transformations.
- Adept knowledge of supply chain domains with the ability to engage in both technical and business-level discussions.
- Deep fluency in at least one core domain: Modeling & Analysis, Planning & Execution, or AI/Machine Learning-driven use cases.
- Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value through stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences.
- Capable of building high-trust relationships from end users to senior executives.
- Skilled at identifying expansion opportunities and shaping growth narratives.
- Comfortable training and enabling customers on a dynamic, technical platform.
- Ability to get hands-on with the platform to prototype alongside customers.
- Highly adaptable, coachable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic success of Lyric's largest enterprise accounts, serving as the primary customer lead and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Lead Quarterly Success Reviews, governance sessions, and executive engagements to align stakeholders on goals and business impact.
- Embed within customer organizations to translate operational challenges into actionable solution strategies.
- Partner with Sales on joint account planning to shape renewal strategy and expansion pathways.
- Build hands-on in the Lyric Studio platform and direct small teams of forward deployed engineers to develop prototypes.
- Surface customer feedback to the Product team to help prioritize roadmap developments.
- Train and enable customer teams on the platform to ensure long-term self-sufficiency.
