Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, partner management, or product strategy.
- Strong understanding of third-party integrations, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, launch, and manage strategic partnerships that deliver commercial value.
- Experience developing business plans, financial objectives, and operational priorities.
- Strong analytical capabilities for market data interpretation and opportunity evaluation.
- Proven people-management experience, including coaching and managing other managers.
- Strong financial and business acumen connecting initiatives to revenue and profitability.
- Ability to communicate complex strategies clearly to senior leadership.
- Comfort operating effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, establish, and manage strategic third-party business and integration relationships across an assigned portfolio of products and partners.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term partnership strategies to accelerate business growth and expand market opportunities.
- Create and deliver partner-specific go-to-market programs and sales enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives.
- Analyze market data and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction and identify high-value opportunities.
- Conduct make-versus-buy assessments and evaluate strategic alternatives including mergers and acquisitions.
- Oversee revenue planning, financial reporting, and operational initiatives for the partner business.
- Lead and develop teams, including managing managers and supervisors, setting performance expectations, and conducting reviews.
