- 1–3 years of dedicated sourcing experience.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and keyword optimization.
- Proven track record finding candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests and accounts simultaneously.
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reliable WFH setup: 8GB+ RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or better.
- High-speed internet (40 Mbps+) with backup connection.
- Dedicated quiet workspace, noise-cancelling headset, and webcam.
- Ability to work 9 AM–6 PM PHT (with flexible start options).
Responsibilities
- Hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and online communities using advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requisitions.
- Log all activity and candidate data in Penthouse, the company's in-house ATS.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align on candidate qualification criteria and sourcing timelines.
- Execute end-to-end sourcing, screening, and scheduling for custom, high-touch hires.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to gauge interest and suitability before handoff.
