Job Details

Previous experience in cold calling, outbound outreach, business development, recruitment, or appointment setting.
Strong professional phone communication skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and move conversations toward next steps.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps), noise-canceling headset, and working webcam.
Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
Experience with HHAeXchange, CRM platforms, or cloud-based phone systems is highly preferred.
Healthcare credentialing or staffing experience is highly preferred.

Conduct outbound calls to healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, caseworkers, and other potential referral partners.
Introduce home healthcare and staffing services to potential clients.
Identify facility staffing needs and patient care opportunities.
Communicate with caseworkers regarding private duty nursing services for pediatric patients ages 0–21.
Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare contacts and referral sources.
Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective facilities and contacts.
Support recruitment-focused outreach for Medicaid waiver patients and private duty nursing opportunities.
Contact insurance companies regarding credentialing requirements and status.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, staffing needs, and credentialing progress.
