Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communication, Business or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Fundraising/Development, with a specific focus on major gifts.
Demonstrated track record of revenue generation through one-on-one solicitations, including closing $10K+ gifts and achieving $500K+ goals.
Advanced experience leveraging data, change management, and coaching to drive revenue.
Proven expertise in metrics-driven fundraising programs.
Strong Salesforce or CRM fundraising database proficiency.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 20% for internal and external meetings.

Implement the service model for a portfolio of chapters by providing strategy sessions, moves management, donor meeting preparation, and lead generation.
Drive enterprise-wide revenue growth by helping portfolio chapters meet YOY revenue targets.
Lead the implementation of local development plans in alignment with enterprise-wide strategies.
Support chapters in achieving fundraising KPIs across major gifts, foundation, and corporate channels.
Convene chapter fundraisers and leaders to exchange ideas and troubleshoot challenges.
Collaborate with national departments such as Corporate, Leadership Gifts, and Revenue Operations.
Train and support chapter staff in Salesforce database management and reporting best practices.
