Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or business systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS subscription models and ARR/MRR metrics.
- Expertise in financial modeling and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights.
- Proficiency in systems design, consolidation, integration, and data normalization.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large data sets to identify and communicate key insights.
- Experience with private equity-backed SaaS companies preferred.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to increase efficiency preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale financial reporting to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop daily performance dashboards and automated reporting packages.
- Maintain financial models for strategic decision making, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze revenue drivers, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business systems to build and manage a centralized data repository.
- Oversee acquisition integration including data normalization and GL mapping.
- Configure and optimize FP&A planning and reporting platforms.
