- 3+ years of professional experience advising on talent-related functions.
- Proven experience building internal programs and process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strategic and assertive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and adapt to constantly changing environments with competing priorities.
- Comfort using AI tools daily and curiosity regarding their application in recruiting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Work strategically with large and fast-growing customers to upgrade recruiting workflows, system configurations, and strategies.
- Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and internal processes.
- Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Partner with customers to advise, educate, and facilitate system changes based on recommendations.
- Engage in customer change management and internal evangelism efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive account and workflow audits with detailed actionable recommendations.
